Pauline's Property Management covers all aspects of property management from permanent full time tenancies and casual tenancies. Pauline's Property Management also has a service to find a tenant for you or if you need someone to do professional inspection they can take care of this as well. If you have a specific request Pauline's team will be happy to help. They are members of RPMA (Residential Property Managers Association) in Marlborough.

How do your fees work?
How do your fees work? Fees are varying depending on the services you require. Permanent full time tenancies are 8%+gst for rent received. Routine Inspections start from $50.00+gst. Contact Pauline's team today to discuss options

How is my rent managed?
Pauline uses "Palace Liquid" which is a high tech property management software system combined with Xero for accounting and TPS (Total Tenancy) which ensures agreements are followed to meet the Residential Tenancies Act. Be assured your property will be professionally managed by Pauline's Property Management.
